About the Program

Mat Essential incorporates the most basic form of Pilates with a focus on body-weight exercises. Mat Pilates requires no machines and is a great way to learn the foundational exercises of Pilates. A series of mat exercises using resistance bands and rings will help build, sculpt, and tone your muscles and get you ready for more complex machine workouts.
