Osteoporosis can limit you physically and mentally, but proper treatment can help protect and strengthen your bones so that you can be more confident in your strength. Pilates is the perfect fitness routine for clients with osteoporosis as it is low impact but it still challenges your body enough to stimulate growth of surrounding muscles for a strong and sturdy foundation and overall stability of your body. We know how to handle your condition and will assign instructors experienced with osteoporosis to take care of you.
