About the Program

Pilates elements with a gym philosophy. Pilates Pump utilizes common gym movements and exercises but adapts them to Pilates equipment with a greater focus on resistance strength and stamina training. This program is not to be underestimated and is most effective when combined into your traditional gym routine. You will see noticeable gains in overall strength and common problems such as shoulder injuries that are common in the gym will be prevented and alleviated.
