About the Program
The TRX Yin and Yang program is inspired by the Yin and Yang philosophy that one can not exist without the other just as strength and flexibility together are two elements which make up a truly dynamic and functional body. This program is designed to improve muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, and lengthen your muscles for more flexibility and core strength through the combination of TRX suspension training and Pilates Reformer exercises.
