About the Program
Contrary to our bodies natural response, one of the best treatments for chronic pain is movement. Pain is more often than not a warning signal to a problem in your body rather than the root cause. Our body is made up of an interconnected web-like structure called the fascial system which surrounds our bones, muscles, and organs. An unhealthy fascial system brought upon by a lack of movement and prolonged sitting is more often than not the cause of most chronic pain. Our myofascial pain treatment program will hydrate your fascia and promote blood flow and oxygenation to repair your body and help alleviate pain.
