Post-natal pilates is one of the best forms of self-care new moms can do after giving birth. Pilates will realign the body and promote better posture while also preventing lower back, shoulder, and neck issues. Our postnatal specialists will guide you through the healing process of the body through exercises that will boost blood flow and oxygenation to help repair damaged muscles that occur as a result of pregnancy.
